There is absolutely no relief, pain has become more severe after following instructions to the letter.
This product is completely ineffective.
Advice to anybody thinking of buying this product - please do not. The advertisement is completely misleading, it does not help reduce pain in any way. Please do not fall for all the promotional talk by celebrities. They have been paid for their job.
