Asus India — asus zenfone max-flip logo screen lock | |||
Dear Team, I purchased Asus Zenfone Max on 11.07.2016.One week back(10.09.2017) my phone was locked with flip cover home screen & not able to do anything on my phone as i`m not able to unlock the screen & use the mobile. I reached Asus authorised service center on 15.09.2017(Chennai).They diagonised & gave the details below. Software update & OS was done.Still not able to unlock the flip cover logo screen.They informed the issue might be in Motherboard & it has to be replaced.The cost is around 6000 Rupees. My concern is-I bought the mobile just 13 months ago with a cost of 9000 Rupees.Now i`m really disappointed to spent 6000 for a strange issue. kindly consider my issue & give an amicable solution.Please don`t put me in a situation where i feel why i bought this mobile.Writing this mail in a dis-appointed note Regards, Sarath R [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
