Asus zenfone Serial number： g4axb72398024yx Purchase date：2016/07/14 I have purchased a new asus zenfone from amazon on 14/07/2016. After 2 months i have found about the fast draining of battery. This issue is resolved after rebooting the phone according to instructions obatained from zenfone support. Since one month i am facing the touch pad issues.
