Asus India — cheating forgery

It is really a matter of great surprise that i had purchased one mobile handset for my personal use. Asus company had provided one year warranty. The handset was charged 60% in the morning when i put it on the screen was not on. Hence i sent the handset to your at laxmi nagar service centre.
Since last one month the set is lying at asus service centre now they are asking charges of rs 11, 000/- very surprising that the handset purchased at 10, 000 bill attached and the service centre is asking to pay rs 11, 000/- this is a way of cheating by asus to indian consumers.
I had purchased that since the company is located in india and it will provide uninterrupted service on their products otherwise i may had purchased at 3000 or 5000 which is easily available online sell.
To provide service under warranty company is not taking any liability for repair or replacement of the set and blaming me for water inside the set. If there was water your service centre had not to accept it for repairing purpose on the same day. This is not a fair for the consumer like me.
Dear indian consumers be careful from such company like asus.
