Asus India — Concern with Asus Zenfone Max | |||
Hi Team, I am very disappointed on buying the Phone IMEI # [protected]. I bought it on 11th Oct 2016 only to realise the very next day, 12th Oct 2016 that its receiver has a problem. I did the initial trouble shooting which didnt help. I wasnt available until today as I had to be out of station on business purposes. Now that I am in Bangalore and the phone is less than 15 days old, I decided to go to service center and ask for a replacement or a refund of the phone. The service center said they dont have the receiver at stock and will need to order it and takes about 5 days for me to get it. Well, being a project Manager at Accenture I do all my talks with my client on my mobile phone and without that, its like I am not working at all. The phone is at the service center now. But I cant really wait for 5 - 7 days without a phone. I dont need that phone, please issue a refund to me tomorrow so that I can buy a different phone. I have lost the trust in Asus. Your asus tooj model phone is not working LTE network so retern your product you need my amount thats all you don't need return amount am complait the police your company need to costamar wrong information
