Asus India — extended warranty & goodies not received

I bought an asus laptop on 17.11.2018 from asus authorized dealer in kolkata. I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a extended warranty and jbl speaker as goodie for rs. 1098/ — . I got confirmation email from asus on 30.11.2018 regarding the payment and they promised to share the goodie with in 45 working days. But since then, its been more than 45 days, no goodie received. I have tried calling them, but they never pick up the call. They don't even respond to the emails sent to them on [protected]@asuspromo.in. Therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.
