Asus India — fake advertisement about the phone

I bought 2 asus zenfone max m1 (For me and my brother) from flipkart on october 26. The main tag they give for their product was "work overtime". But the battery is not lasting for 4. 5 hrs in a full charge. Charge became 0 within 4.5 hrs.
Is this their over time work. And the condition is getting worst for each updates the give.
I want compensation of ther cheating and a new model phone.
I will show all the proof of that product
