[Resolved] Asus India — laptop extended warranty problem

Mane ek laptop aug 2016 me purchase keya tha jiska muje offers mila tha extended warranty. Me 1690 rs wala 599 me. Mane osme apna bill & laptop details uodate karde oske kush din bad muje payment karne ka email aya to mane payment kar deya. Ab 2 saal bad mera. Laptop charge nahi ho raha jiske lye me company ko kabi email keya hai. Magar company ab bol rahi hai. Mare extended warranty active nahi hai.
