Asus India — no gift received from asuspromo offer

I have applied for the asus diwali offer for which i have paid rs.1999 on the date of 29 october 2018 for gift and warranty extension. My ticket no is adw123004.
The asus promo was promised to be delivered within 45 days and it has already been 183 days and i still haven't received any gift.

I also sent them 2 emails for this matter but they haven;t replied yet.
