Asus India — offer benefits not received after receiving payment.

I had purchased a laptop with which there was a offer in which i had to pay extra ₹1697 for a gift voucher from myntra worth ₹3000, steam coupon worth ₹1000 and 1 year extended warranty for my laptop. I was promised to receive the mentioned benefits within 15 working days from the date of payment which was 29 of august 2017, and haven't received it yet. Each time i try to contact them they just keep saying i will receive the promised benefits within a week but still did not get any.
