Asus India — Phone hanging

Hi i purchased a asus zenfone 3 through amazon.in from last month phone got hanging problem so i submitted to asus service centre (re generesis) 25 days they are taken to find out the problem. still phone is not repaired they are saying that phone is water damaged... please support us for a better service or replace your product as soon as possible...
