Asus — laptop problem and with the customer care

I have put my complain about my laptop that its battery is not getting charge and about that its getting hang i cannot use any application.

But everytime i call customer care they just give me a complain number. Since 3 months i am getting fooled by them. How can i repair my laptop?

I cannoy use my laptop and its brand new.
How can i resolve this problem?
