Asus Mobile — New mobile even though motherboard problem certified at service centre, not replacing it

Sir i bought a new mobile asus zenphone max on june 25/2016 @ flipkart. Within a month it started hanging., head set plug not recognicing, cant play videos etc.. So i approached asus service centre, they checked and certified that mobile has motherboard problem and gave a certificate.. But they denied to replace mobile.. So i approched flikart for replacing mobile, they told replacing is only for 1st 10 days.. Am so much worried.. Eventhough the mobile is so problmatic within a month flipkart and asus service centre is not replacing it.. What should i have to do!!!
