[Resolved] Asvegis Technologies — my submission

I recieve the work and i submitted the work before the date. But they file me case against me that i didnt submitted. I gave them 5600 fine but in agreement they said 4800..in agreement they also mentioned that they will allow for recorrection but they didnt allowed me.. Like this they are betraying me.. I just need my money return they are cheeting with me.. I did 150 pages with 100% accuracy.. I spent 6000 for that at apex enterprises but i have reciept proof for 3000 only.. Hi I'm Karanveer, and also took a project from Asvegis Technologies, the task was more difficult as they had told before agreement and providing the task, but after getting the project when I communicate with them and showed my difficulties they told me about penalty, and after some days I got a notice of an advocate name Minhaz M. Patel, Mob. no. [protected], he has given me seven day time line to pay penalty, otherwise according to notice I will have to present in Surat court.
I am unable to justify that whether this every thing is true or fraud, I have already leave a complained in Jago grahak jago complain forum, someone please suggest me what I should do?

Its a fake company run by fake advocates of some other planet, They will send you fake notices over the phone via free messaging system online(means very poor people who can't pay for sending messages), fake emails sent via gmail account which is free as well . In December they have sent messages to many people to appear in court on December 25, which is a government holiday, These idiots don't even know when the court is open or closed and they call themselves advocates. The best part about this company is everyone is a advocate, whenever they will call they will use the word advocate in the start, like advocate Amit Bharatdwaj, Advocate Deep Jain, Advocate Nehal Mehtar and etc, etc, etc, etc. I am not sure even the house keeping work is done by advocates in this firm. If they call ask for the enrollment id of the lawyer and legal id of the company and the adhaar card of the caller. They will not be able to provide any such details and say that you will have to come to court to find those details because they don't have any of those details. Don't pay them any penalty and if they call ask them to send the adhaar card of the lawyer and the caller. If you need more details please send me an email at rishi.[protected]@gmail.com.

I we have received worked notification from Stepway services. Now, they are demanding money and saying that they will sue me. On checking the document which they sent, I found that it is not original and photo shop edited.
I am being harassed. What should I do?
