Unable to find confirmed tickets under Booked History

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Upgraded IRCTC site is unable to show all the booked/confirmed tickets under My Transactions -> Booked History. This is a very serious issue and needs immediate attention. Called IRCTC helpline, but it seemed they did not even understand what I was trying to explain. Not sure if they understand terminologies of IRCTC. Please let me know if there is any alternate way to access the booked tickets, I want to cancel these tickets as soon as...
