Atiya Herbs — p-care/ majoon akhrot prash
I am writing regarding the p-care treatment i am taking for last 18 days.
I was advised to take p-care as the best medicine for
Irritable bowel syndrome
Intolerance for milk and dairy products
However, since i began to have it i am passing loose stools and dysentry everyday. Before starting the treatment i was passing normal stools only that constipation and gastritis was the problem. I have now taken it for 18 days and i have ordered for the second time. Because the stools are loose and cause pain in stomach and experiencing piles which was never before. I called your customer care number and i was told that some doctor will revert back but no body has so far spoken in detail. They abruptly reply that i should carry on with the treatment as it helps only after taking it for few months. I don't disregard their advice but it is practically not possible to continue with daily frequent loose stools and dysentery and piles. There is no clear answer and no way to speak to hakeem suleman directly.
Regarding the treatment of my maternal aunt abida, i sent all her prescriptions and medical reports. She was advised for majoon akhrot prash which she is taking; no results we have seen up until this point from 25th january, although she complains about pain in her lower right and left abdomen, burning sensation in urine and dry cough has been increasingly troubling her since she started this medicine.
She is able to drink 2-3 glasses of water but she is continuing medicine and we have received the second dose as well.
I don't know why it is not possible for us to speak to hakeem suleman sahab because i found your consulting doctors not so mindful about the growing symptoms of your medicines. They are always in rush as if it is just all about selling your products not understanding and properly consulting with patients growing symptoms after the medicines have been started. If you think this is not possible for you to properly diagnose the problem and advice us the best medicine with your diagnosis (Hakeem suleman khan) please let us know.
I put it as a dispute and wait for the reply.
