Atlas Travels — Cancellation of ticket without prior consent

We have booked two tickets from bangalore to kumily on 27/12/2016 for 25/01/2017 journey which was one month in advance via paytm platform. But today, 22/01/2017, they have cancelled those tickets and also the bus for the route and time is available for double rate. When contacted them, they were rash and asked us to book the ticket with the new rate. This is totally unacceptable and moreover we don't have anyother options left.

As far as i know, at 8'o clock, only one atlas bus is available from bangalore to kumily and it is still available for onine booking. If it is so, let us know how our trip got cancelled which was booked at the standard rate.

Also at atlas website there is no information about the cancelled bus and the same is plying with full passenger capacity. But in red bus our seats are still unoccupied.please find the attached photo for your reference

We doubt it is a game by the operator to raise the ticket fare.

Please do some thing that favours us as well as other common people. Expecting a stringent action against those who are looting the common people.
