I booked atlas bus from bangalore to kattappana on 11 jan 18 in lower birth. L4. When i came to board the bus, they informed me the bus has changed and promised i will be able to travel in the same bus till thadiyampadu. And provided me with an upper birth. U12. However when we reached kambam, they asked us to change the bus and got a last raw upper birth. When i asked why is it happened, they insulted me infront of all the travellers. I have not booked for a travel like this. They do this all the time. I booked a ticket to attend a function in my kid's school. The bus is very late and may not be able to attend the school function. The last raw seats travel is horrible as you all know. They have charged double than the regular rates, still providing a poor service and insulting the travellers.
Please if anyone knows where to complaint, please let me know. Is it the idukki consumer court???
