[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — fail to avail a static ip | |||||
We have taken a new internet broadband connection to avail a static ip. Act executive informed us they can provide static ip like airtel, hathway etc provides the ips. But after taking the connection now they are unable to provide/configure the static ip. So the connection is not in use. We made the payment for 6 months 8206/- and 2200/- for cabling charge. We have given complaint and request more than 6 times through customer care and through mails but there is no response from act. We are behind of act last 45 days. Our request is either let act provide a static ip which we can configure in our system and make use of it or let them disconnect this connection and refund the amount to us 10406/-.
