I been a client of broadband service provider act, around 2 years ago the broadband service provider installed a power box at my residence with the promise that i would be given a power discount. But till now every month their billing has been without the promised discounts. When contacted they conveniently lie that it would be done in the next bill, but then they don't. For referrals they promised 25% discount on the next bill, but that too hasn't been delivered properly. Despite calling & mailing them regularly, no action taken from their end. as for the issue. kindly go through the complaint properly & thoroughly. it's been the same damn issue since that box was installed. you expect the customers to make a call every month to your inefficient, non-performing, zombie customer care & ask them to inform the back-office team to update the account details? if so give it in writing (physically or here). and the referral amount also not credited properly. from day 1 there seems to some problem or the other. give me just one valid reason why ACT shouldn't be taken to the consumer forum?
