Aurangabad Municipal Corporation — complaint about encroachment on municipal corporations length

Hello Sir/ Madam,
As per above subject mentioned, I am living at motikaranja. Recently, I purchased one plot of land at same place. As per municipal corporation plans and structure not a single building available on ### no. 8008 and 8010. But, on same place 2 floor building is available.
I also make complain about same, but no one replied me.
