Aurelia — can't get refund of my returned products

I have purchased aurelia kurti from shopforaurelia site and i get wrong size and next time i get defected one so that i return that kurta and give my bank details to refund my payment byt after 20 plus days they did not reply my mails and also do not pick the call on customer care number what can i do this is fraud site - https://shopforaurelia.com/ and contact number is call us - +91-[protected], email us - [protected]@tcnsclothing.com

I ordered 3 product . They deliver 2 product though not in ordered size. I tried calling customer service representative they didn't receive any call from my number thn I tried form another they picked up phone .

Aurelia is very worst system provided me when i ordered small it sent me medium then i claim for return and refund but its picked up very late and now after one month of pick up it didn't refund my amount i m very upset so don't buy from Aurelia customer representative always assured me for refund wait two days or three days but still i could not get my amount 550rs. Very bad shopping experience ever had.
