I had purchased a hdfc policy (Policy details mentioned below) through the agent (Agent details mentioned below). The agent promised a return of 25% of the premium amount if online money paid during covid time. This he promised for premium paid in future i. E. For four year further.
He also promised a free medical policy with this policy for six family members. This medical policy he told will cover opd as well as indoor treatment for 15 years with a per year cover of 2 lakh per annum. He maintained if no claim taken in first year, cover of mediclaim will increase to 4 lakhs for remaining 14 years.
Request you to please resolve the issue on priority basis. I have been a customer of hdfc for a long time. With a bank account in hdfc, plus two home loans from hdfc ltd. (Home loan file numbers are[protected] &[protected].
Never faced such type of cheating and fraud from hdfc group.
Please have a look at it and resolve the issue on priority basis.
