Auto Divine — not giving any tracking details of products for which I paid.

I was searching sunshades for my car and I got a number of Autodivne Company. So I whatsapped to the number [protected] (Mr. Prateek) and asked for the list of the products of the car I have. So he send all product list with details and also replying to each and every question I am asking him in a less time. Then I told him that I am interested in buying Side Window Sunshades and again he gave me all information of it and also suggested to buy Rear Big Window Sunshades. Agreed to his suggestion and asked for further process (From where to order, where to pay, etc) he said, you just pay the amount via any mode of payment which were suggested by him and send the delivery address details to me on Whatsapp only. And then I decided to pay him via Paytm but at that time my Paytm App was not working so I paid him from my friends account the amount of ₹1500 of both product (Side Window Sunshades of ₹999 and Rear Window Sunshade of ₹ 499). After payment I asked him for payment confirmation reply and tracking details and from here he stopped replying me. So I called Mr Prateek on that same number he picked and said “you will get all details in some time because I am busy in another work and also I do not have any tracking information of your product right now, I had informed my employee, he is searching it and in an hour or whenever he will give it to me after that I will give it to you. So pls wait and don’t take any tension.” I waited for his reply for almost one and half day, whatsapped him many times, called him many times, but still not got any reply and any tracking details.
