The owner of this company (Auto splash pvt ltd.) mr. Vikas dongre is the same guy who cheated many customer by his fraud companies. One of the companies were 7 drives & ss motors, my director mrs. Rajagopalan was cheat by him through ss motors, the company ss motors first modus operandi is they first will call you & try to offer you with a good deal you are looking for. My director mrs. Rajagopalan was carried away by their good talks & was trapped in their fraud nuisance. My director mrs. Rajagopalan were convinced & decided to buy the car toyota, she had booked the car from ss motors on 17th aug.2017. And paid booking advance of rs.51, 000/- i ms. Shradhha more working as a assistance accountant for the company on behalf of mrs. Rajagopalan is looking after my director financials, on 20th sept, 2017 we paid an amount of rs. 10, 27, 310/-. Mr. Vikas dongre promised us if he don’t deliver the car on the given dates he will return the full amount after 15 days. Thereafter a girl started coordinating with me for the delivery of car for few days the updates were in order. They had given a date for the delivery of the car also they told us that for remaining money they offered for loan from the bank, we had given them all the possible details they required to apply for the loan & later that girl who was coordinating from their end confirmed us that the loan is sanctioned & approved, but the car was not delivered on that day, we were given some stupid excuses & shifted the date further, we still kept quite & waited till next date. Still the car wasn’t delivered. Finally we decided to cancel the deal & waited for our refunds. We call the girl & canceled the deal, she promised to refund the amount back in our account. Till few days there’ was no reply or calls from their end, so we again called them one of the team members informed us that the girl was hospitalized so she was out of contact for few days. Later when we asked about the loan they said the girl has misunderstood as she was a new joinee so gave us wrong information about the loan approval. We finally took legal action on them, the girl was totally out of the picture so we contact their boss mr. Vikas dongre, & asked for the refund, and 1st cheque which we received was of rs. 10, 27, 000/- on 20th sept, 2017 which bounced. 2nd cheque of rs. 10, 78, 310/- was send to us which too bounced. Again we received 3rd cheque on 25th november of rs. 2, 50, 000/- and one more cheque of rs. 2, 50, 000/- on 28th nov, 2017. Again she promised to send one more cheque of rs.5, 28, 310/- which we received on 2nd of december, 2017, all the three cheques we bounced. Several cheques had bounced not a single cheque was accepted for transfer of money, on our continues follow-up for the payment as we warned them that we will go on legal bases if we don’t receive our payment. Than on 25th december one more cheque of rs. 8, 28, 310/- was received which too bounced as others. Not a single cheque was accepted for transfer may be they had no balance in their account. This kept on repeating & till today we haven’t received our payment, and now we have filed a case on mr. Vikas dongre for his false commitment and fraud. Mr. Vikas has trained his team on how to cheat innocent people. Total fraud & cheat company. Mr. Vikas & his team should be put behind bars for running this company cheating people. His company ss motors should be blacklist from all web & media connect. There should be something by which such people should not get license to operate the market. Request whoever wants to buy a car please don’t go for this company, fraud & cheat company they can be called by this name.

One more information got to our hands that mr. Vikas dongre has come up with new company auto splash pvt. Ltd. Beware now he may cheat people with this company.
