[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — brought jewellery set with bracelet of gina bianco

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I have brought jewellery set of earings necklace nad bracelet today itself from kolkata airport dated 17 dec 2018. My flight was jet airways
When i opened the set at home, the bracelet locking clip was not there. One cant lock the bracelet after wearing.
How can you take so much of price for the set and give a broken piece. This is not at all acceptable
This one i brought for gift. Just let me know how can i get it replaced as i want to gift this by this month end.

I bought a new smart watch at mumbai airport but now it's not turning on so please call me or tell me how to replace it or fix it help me within some days or tell me where can i exchange it help me with it i bought it at mumbai airport when i took it home it wasn't working or being charged i bought it for rupees 3790 help me.

Purchased hottech smart watch from your store in coimbatore on 07/03/19
After charging also for more than 2 hours the smart watch is not working
I cannot approach your store in coimbatore as I stay in Hyderabad
