[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — defective product hottech fitness bracelet | |||
This is to inform you that i have purchased one of the same on 20/08/2017 from your store in the delhi airport. I came from mumbai on that day. The product is hottech smart ftness bank. The box dinot had the usb cable for getting it charged and also there is no manual to operate. I did try with other usb's but it never got charged. Kindly arrange for replacement asap. I have purchased child piano on 21.09.17 at chennai International Airport. opened and checked the piano it was not working. Power itself is not coming to the piano while switching ON. even I have tried with batteries. It was not working. I request to look in to this complaint and arrange for replacement at the earliest please.
