I have purchased a hottech smart watch on 19th march 2017 from your store at delhi airport at around 9:30 pm. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When I came home and tried switching it on, I am unable to. I have tried charging but it does not gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.
Please let me what is the replacement process.

I bought AVA smart watch at Hyderabad airport on my return from Dubai, i didn't open at airport as my cab is waiting downstairs. But when i came home and charged it for 2 hours and more it's not getting started which is very frustrating. Kindly resolve this problem and do thr needful.
