Ava Merchandising — hottech smartwatch not charging and working

I was purchased a hottech smartwatch in 30 may 2019 from your store at mumbai airport at around 11.30 am. I did not switch on at the airport before buying it. When i came home and tried switching it on, i am unable to. I have been attempting charging, but it does not get on.

Hello, today I have purchased hottech z3 black in chennai airport... I tried to switch on watch in home... I was not able to do that... Even I charged for 2 hours as instructed.. But still it was on turning off... I really dono what kind of scam this is.. And I m surprised that how it is done in airports... I need this problem to be resolved..
