Bought it as it was being sold in ava store. But the experience is very bad. The mic receptive quality is very poor which makes it impossible to hear by the other party in communication. Also, the charging case is defective as i have to adjust the headphone and keep it in a adjusted and in open case position every time for charging.
Please suggest. I will request for replacement of the device (If it works) or a refund as the whole purpose is defeated.
