I have purchased a hottech smart watch on date 19.08.18, from your store in madurai airport. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When i came home and used it for for nearly one month the swipie option on the watch screen is not at all working.
I have tried charging but it does not gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.

Please let me what is the replacement process.
