Ava Merchandising — smart watch not turning on

Hi,

I have purchased two hottech smart watch today from your store in delhi airport at around 4 30 pm. I did not switch on in the airport before purchasing it. When i came home and tried switching it on, i am unable to. I have tried charging but it does not gets on. There is no luck even after multiple tries.

Please let me what is the replacement process.
