Avalon Group — Poor maintenance staff:avalon residency
Iam owner of flat no B1 401 avalon residency phase 1.
I spent my hard earned money after hearing good reputation of avalon group.but to my surprise maintenance team working here is not at all efficient in handling issues here.
From last 2 years iam chasing them for sepage issue which they are not able to resolve.
Sepage is all over bathroom and in bed room which is damaging walls and electrical sockets.
I dont think its worth paying a single penny as part of monthly maintenance.
After weekly followups with maintenance team for so long time i have decided to put my complaint here.
If i dont get resolution than i will take this forward and make sure iam heard everywhere.
Looking forward for promp response.
