[Resolved]  Avenues India — Amount deducted but order not received

I recently tried to order a product from outdoortravelgear.com. During the checkout process I chose to pay the amount Rs.1, 099/- through net banking. After the payment, the money got deducted from my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation about the product which I paid for. Kindly look into this.
