Avenues India — amount deducted from bank but transaction failed

I make the transaction for the shop act fees from the sbi bank account but transaction failed. At the end of the session amount deduct from my bank account but neither received made payment nor received to my wallet.

Saturday iam online ordered at Vestige marketing pvt ltd amount is 4891 rupees.but amount was debit in my account but not transaction failed.how can return my amount .
