An amount of Rs 1550/- DEBITED by my SBI to credit to avenues India Ltd, on 28 apr 2022, towards my sbi internet payment for ordering water pressure pump from otween.Neither item received nor amount refunded.SBI expressed inability to help resolve issue in any manner.I need my money back after now cancelling the item ordered via otween.
