My broadband is not working since 8 days and nothing is being done to rectify the problem. This is happening almost every day during this month. The jto durgapur says it is due to breaking of cable but nothing is done to prevent.
I opted for ftth. Services began on 19.12.2019 but discontinued on 20th due to breaking of cable and again on 21st at 4 pm. Till now i. E. At 1:36 pm on 22.12.2019, ftth is not restored. I am without bb since 8 days, and now even after opting ftth, no internet connection. Jto, durgapur and supervisor of service provider of ftth has no satisfactory reply. I am more than 25 years old customer with excellent record of bill payment.
Sir, please consider my request. Due to no internet at important hours of booking flight tickets, i had to pay 2 to 3 thousand more due to price hike in airfare since internet was not working at the time of booking air ticket. Staff of bsnl and outsourcing company providing ftth services are totally non- Was this information helpful? |
