I have made many request and complaint to hdfc for process to redumption of my policy but no one inform to how i can. i m unable to come your office for putting the redumption application. even i got many calls from your office for redumption of my policy to deposit the money and once i have deposit the money also but still i did't got the solution. if within 15 days i didn't got solution i complaint to IRDA, at the time of policy you are give many promisses but at the time of withdraw made excuses your complaint redressal module also not working at your site. akhilesh kumar bijoria policy : 13773549 mob : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, please note that the reply on the customers email to know the surrender process has been shared by us and customer has been requested to provided the documents for further process. Once the requested documents are received, the process shall be initiated and accordingly, the amount would be processed.
