[Resolved] Aviva Life Insurance — poor online portal result in failure for online premium payment | |||||
I always use aviva online portal for making payment for due premium. Unfortunately whenever i tried to make payment the portal either hangs or got stuck inbetween and never show the payment receipt. Their portal is so bad that even you cannot download the receipt as well. Always i have to request from customer care. My money got stuck in this, i realy dont rely on its services as well now. Even government site portal are so good in these days but this aviva company looks fraud to me. Although sachin tendulkar also just so greedy for money that he don't see what kind of company it is giving advertisement for. Such a pathethic company and indian players are in these days.
