Avoonik — not received the material against order being paid advance

Pls advise status of order no's. 47448 &63822. I have ordered 2 no's items, for which i received order confirmation by sms on my phone on the date of placing the order, that is on 27/10/18.
It is already 12 days over. Have sent emails about 2 times still not received any reply.

If you cannot process the order, kindly re-credit the amount paid.
Hope to get the reply from you soon.
