Axaway Emerging Solutions — no updates about the process of work visa

I am yogesh. I have applied for work visa from the axaway emerging solutions, mohali, phase-2. It's been 9 months now when i applied for work permit on 31st may 2019. And still no updates regarding my process. They said at start that it will take 6 months for lmia. And after 9 months of wait what i got. No update. Just another date. I invested money and time. It seems like nothing is being done on theirs side.
I want updates regarding my process. And tell me how long it will take for lmia. And why it is taking that long.
