Axis Bank — about car loan ecs bouncing and no intimation for 3 months | |||
Dear sir/ madam I am avinash rahane, nashik. I am an account holder of axis bank and took car loan. Account no. [protected]. Customer id:[protected] Today on 12th jan 2018 your representative called me to maintain balance and inform that the Ecs of september, octomber & november 2017 were bounced. I should know this in the september 2017 itself. Why so delay to intimate in the month of january 2018? I have complaint against no intimation of bouncing ecs and so the unnecessary penalty charges of 590. It also show my bank account record as not good.
