Hi team,

I have a salary account in your bank and credit card my registered mobile number is [protected] so my salary account was freezed and last three months my salary was taken for the frst mnth alone it was sent fr credit card payment for other two mnths it was not sent and was in freeze state so 29k still outstanding and 29k was in freeze so please release i dont want even a single rupee please take that 29 k for credit card so my problem will be resolved..

Updated by Sabarish Kannaa Your customer service was so rude and they are saying why u used if not paid u hold my money so how can i pay either u itsdlf should take or you need to release so i can pay simple logic. .But really feeling disappointed why i accepted ur credit card and why my salary account was with you if option is there i can change to some other bank...First of all respect customers that will sure help in relationship
