[Resolved]  Axis Bank — amount debited but transaction shows failed

Hi sir,
I am doing upi payment on paytm app. The paytm transaction should be failed. But the amount of transaction will be debited on your bank. I contact to paytm care and ask debited information. They can suggest me in paytm app of transaction can't intiate or can't successful. So you will contact your bank. So iam call to so many times to your customer care. But he can't respond anything. So please give answer for these two transactions.
