Axis Bank — amount debited however beneficiary has not been credited | |||
I am very much disappointed with the service from axis bank. I have made a imps transaction on 13/12/2017 for the amount rs 1, 23000 from my axis bank account to sbi account. The amount has been debited from my account however the beneficiary has not been credited. The transaction is in the suspect status. I earnestly request to resolve the problem asap. I applied for basic saving account to minimum account 12/01/2018.but not yet changed.i am getting irritated if you do like this iwant to close my account.worst customer service from axis
Without my knowledge an amount of RS.1399 was deducted from my account in axis bank towards one assistant service and relationship number was also given as 3290063, which is not correct.
I am not interested. Please arrange to cancel the same and refund RS.1399/- to me and credit the same in my account immediately.
