[Resolved]  Axis Bank — amount not received

Address:Pratik daga, VIVEKANAND Marg, Suriya, giridih, Jharkhand, 825320

I order from amazon using axis bank debit card and upi and i cancle the order and amazon refund my amount to axis bank on 01/10/2019 but till now axis bank not credited my amount on my account, please help me. I call on axis bank customer care but they says amazon not refund any amount to them, what can i do .

Hi,

My card got blocked due to incorrect OTP.I have already called customer service so many times, till now also it has not been unblocked.
Due to this I am not able to use my card for any type of online transaction. Also, this card is associated to my salary account.

My Axis bank salary account closed by the bank authorities due to no transaction, Now I required some proof to prove that i have transferred some money to some other account. I had visited the branch and requested the same, They said they are sent the statements to my registered email-Id but no luck,

Please help me to get the statements.
