[Resolved] Axis Bank — Amount not refunded by Axis Bank | |||
Dear Lakhmichand, I had made a payment on 15 May 2017 of rs.686. But by default i made the payment thrice and then on the same date i asked Bhartiya Airtel to refund the remaining amount of rs.1372. The money was refunded by them on 19 May 2017 along with the transaction id[protected]. But till today the amount has not been refunded from your side. I m highly disapointed with your services as i have tried to contact several times to the customer services. I will report to the consumer forum if my amount is not refunded within 24 hours.
