[Resolved] Axis Bank — Power cut in atm so not able to take money but shows a message withdraw certain amount | |||
Hi am Vijay went to Axis bank ATM to withdraw certain amount but after completing all the details like entering pin, amount at last should get the amount to take it, suddenly power cut dont know what happened. Did not get any amount from the ATM. Got a message that you withdraw certain amount. After two days when i give a call to customer care they are saying that if give a complaint then only will do the process other wise not possible. Today raised a complaint will see when do they resolve? When axis bank people load the amount in it and there will be mismatch in the transactions on that day how come they are checking clearly? Each and every bank is running only on public amount. But they act like that is their amount. This is not good with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
