Hi I regret to make this complaint, but had no choices too, I had logged an complaint login in thru my online banking access, regarding one of the Atm withdrawals for INR 2000,
as in response i was told to fill an disputed form, i had filled the disputed form and email to the NRI services id the same time, this happened in the month if March 2015, I had visited the mira road branch and had submitted the disputed form on 30th March, I was assured by your front desk staff at the mira road branch that the matte will get resolved in 7 working days, its been 3 months form my first complaint and 2 weeks after visiting your branch, so far there is no feed back from your bank, been an NRI customer I have been very disappointed on the level of service your bank provides.
