Axis Bank — transaction status suspect since 19th dec 2017

Hi, I initiated a transaction 19th dec of rs. 6k the transaction status is still suspect, the amount is still not credited back in my account neither is credited to the account in which transaction was initiated. The one assist service was activated without my knwldge and an amount of rs.1899 was deducted from my account.i did n't need this service.when i contact the ond assist service, they told that refund is not possible.please do Deactivate the one assist service and refund the amount(rs.1899/-) as soon as possible.
